Shringi Rishi Public School की स्थापना वर्ष 2014 में स्वर्गीय श्री कुशेश्वर प्रसाद सिंह जी के दूरदर्शी Vision और अटूट संकल्प के साथ हुई। उनका उद्देश्य केवल एक विद्यालय स्थापित करना नहीं था, बल्कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के बच्चों के लिए Quality Education का एक सशक्त और विश्वसनीय मंच तैयार करना था।
वे मानते थे कि शिक्षा (Education) ही वह आधार है, जिस पर एक सशक्त समाज और उज्ज्वल राष्ट्र का निर्माण होता है। विशेष रूप से ग्रामीण परिवेश में उत्कृष्ट शैक्षणिक वातावरण उपलब्ध कराना उनका जीवन लक्ष्य था। उनका विश्वास था कि सही मार्गदर्शन, अनुशासन (Discipline) और नैतिक मूल्यों (Moral Values) के साथ कोई भी बच्चा अपने सपनों को साकार कर सकता है।
